Start with one recipient
Choose a specific test user and campaign rather than repeatedly sending to everybody. Confirm the expected time, platform, and destination so you can match the right delivery record.
Check these in order
Campaign: is it active, and has its scheduled time or trigger occurred?
Audience: does this user match, and do frequency or timing limits allow another delivery?
Device: is a current token registered for the intended app, and has the user granted permission and consent?
Credentials: do the Apple or Firebase settings match the build, project, and environment?
Delivery record: was a send attempted, and is there a provider error or failure reason?
Read the report carefully
Push Analyze includes Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, and Failed measures where the corresponding evidence is available. Inspect individual deliveries for timestamps and error details. Sent is not the same as displayed on a physical phone. An open or click requires that interaction to be recorded.
Make one correction at a time
Fix the specific mismatch, refresh the device registration if needed, then send another test to that known recipient. Do not replace credentials randomly or infer success from a preview. A paused campaign cannot recall notifications that have already been dispatched.
