Choose a useful moment
Ask about something the customer has just done. “How easy was it to save your route offline?” gives you a more specific answer than “What do you think of our app?” Feedback can contain up to three short-form questions; start with one and add a follow-up only if you will use the answer.
Build the question
Open Feedback from the sidebar and select New feedback.
Choose Add question. Replace the default title with the question customers should answer.
Add a subtitle when it explains the context. Avoid repeating the title.
Choose Rating, NPS, Single, Multi, or Text. Configure the labels or choices that appear for that type.
Review the result in the live preview and give the experience an internal name you will recognize.
Connect the question to delivery
Move to Design to check the appearance, then Target to choose who sees it and when. For a route-saving question, use the event your app sends when the route is saved. Choose eligible platforms and a cooldown so repeat actions do not create too many interruptions.
Check the first response
Publish to a test audience and trigger it in your connected app. Answer the question, then open its Reports or Analyze view. Preview answers in the editor do not populate results. Once the real test works, expand the audience deliberately.
