Read the overview
Shown counts recorded displays. Responded counts submitted responses, while Dismissed counts recorded dismissals. Completion rate compares responses with displays. The rating chart shows the distribution, not just an average. A split between very low and very high scores can be hidden by a reasonable-looking average.
Example with demo data
The screenshot uses synthetic training data: 64 displays and 48 responses give a 75% completion rate. The rating average is 4.19, but the lower-scoring answers still deserve attention. These are demonstration results, not customer performance claims.
Read the context
Open Recipients to look at individual recipients and the answers available for them.
Keep anonymous users in your review. A missing external ID does not make an answer invalid.
Read comments alongside scores and identify repeated issues you can act on.
After a product change, compare a similar audience and time window before deciding whether the experience improved.
When results look empty
Check the date range, selected app, and experience first. Confirm that a real connected user saw and answered the experience. The editor’s phone preview does not submit analytics. Allow incoming activity to finish processing before refreshing.
