Workspace and app are different scopes
A workspace groups your team and shared configuration. An app contains the experiences, user context, and product content for one product or environment. Use the app switcher before editing so similar campaign names do not lead you to the wrong app.
Invite a teammate
Open the workspace’s members area.
Choose Invite and enter the teammate’s email address.
Select the role appropriate to the work: Viewer, Editor, or Admin.
Review the invitation before sending it, then check the pending invitation or member list.
Choose the role by the task
Viewers inspect permitted content and results. Editors author product content and experiences. Admins manage additional workspace and application settings. The workspace also has an Owner role. If a control is unavailable, check your role and app context before assuming the feature is broken.
Review assistant access separately
An AI connection has its own app and capability grants within the connecting member’s role. Inviting a teammate does not grant an assistant every app automatically. Review AI connections alongside member access when responsibilities change.
Keep setup information in the right place
Use the dedicated SDK, push, and integration settings for configuration. Do not share server credentials through campaign text, public articles, or screenshots. When asking for help, provide the app name, relevant record, and observed problem without exposing saved secrets.
