Connect Amplitude or Mixpanel
Send UserGist product events to the analytics destination you already use.

Understand the direction
These integrations send UserGist events outward to Amplitude, Mixpanel, or both. They do not import your provider’s event history into UserGist, and they do not backfill earlier UserGist history. Delivery starts after a destination is connected.
Connect the destination
Open App settings and choose Integrations.
Select Amplitude or Mixpanel, then enter the project credential in the dedicated connection form.
Choose the correct provider region and verify the project you intend to use.
Select the product areas to export, such as Feedback, Surveys, In-app messages, Push, Requests, and Lifecycle.
Complete verification and look for the UserGist Integration Connected test event in the provider using the synthetic device ID shown in UserGist.
Verify beyond acceptance
Accepted by Amplitude or Accepted by Mixpanel means the provider accepted the request. The provider’s event view can take time to update. Confirm the project and region if the test is not visible immediately.
After connecting
Review the enabled categories and delivery health. Structured answers can be exported with question context; raw free-text answers remain in UserGist. Keep credentials in the integration settings rather than help articles or screenshots. Use the provider-specific developer guide when setting up the required project access.
