Open the message’s Analyze view
Start with a saved message and choose the reporting period. Use Overview for totals and trends, then Recipients when you need to inspect one user’s interaction.
Understand the measures
Impressions count recorded views. Dismissed counts recorded dismissals. CTA clicked shows interactions with the message’s buttons. CTR compares clicks with impressions. Read the time series and the individual counts together: a percentage alone can exaggerate a small sample.
Inspect a recipient
Open Recipients and find the user or anonymous identity you are investigating.
Review the recorded state, such as Viewed, Dismissed, Auto-dismissed, or CTA clicked.
If there are multiple actions, check which action was selected before interpreting the result.
Use the customer’s available activity context to investigate what happened next.
A click is not the final outcome
A button click indicates engagement with the message. It does not by itself prove that a purchase, activation, or another product task succeeded. Verify the relevant product event separately when assessing that outcome. If results are missing, check the time range, delivery eligibility, SDK connection, and actual device interaction. The editor preview does not produce engagement data.
