Choose the portal’s identity
Open Portal settings. Your workspace has a portal address, a display name, and a list of participating apps. Use a name customers recognize and review the address before sharing it widely.
Prepare the public experience
Review the portal details and use Edit details if a change is needed.
Choose which apps are included. For each app, check its public settings and branding.
Prepare the content in Requests, Roadmap, Help center, and Changelog.
Use Preview to inspect the result, then publish the portal when its hosting is ready.
Open the public address and check the included app as a visitor.
Portal publishing and content publishing are separate
Including an app does not publish all its content. A help article or changelog entry must be published separately, and roadmap or request visibility follows its own controls. This lets you prepare work internally while keeping the public portal useful.
Before sharing the link
Check that the right app is included, the intended content is visible, and draft or private material is not being presented as public. Open a help article, browse requests, and review the roadmap. Use the published page’s URL when linking from your website’s Resources menu.
